At ColdSpring Mares, our interns are truly part of the team. We meet once a week to collaborate on meaningful projects in social media, digital marketing, donor retention, fundraising, and overall nonprofit operations. Every internship is remote, allowing our interns to work from anywhere while connecting with professionals from a wide range of fields across the globe. Though our internships are unpaid, we are deeply committed to providing intentional learning experiences, mentorship, and opportunities to create real, portfolio-worthy work that helps launch successful careers. Our interns bring fresh ideas, energy, and creativity to our mission—and in return, we do everything we can to support their professional growth. We hope to develop pathways for our interns to move into paid positions within ColdSpring Mares or to exciting roles elsewhere in the industry.
